Export Unsubscribes and Hard Bounces by Date Range

This report directly exports all unsubscribes and hard bounces within user-specified date range in CSV format.

  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Export Unsubscribes and Hard Bounces by Date Range
  3. Enter a desired date range or select a date from the Calendar icon to the right of the date fields
  4. Select any or all of the following unsubscribe reasons:
    1. Hard bounces
    2. Spam complaints
    3. Requested unsubscribes
    4. Other non-dated deletes and unsubscribes
  5. Click Run Report
