Job Statistics Real Time Summary by Date Range

This report allows you to download an Excel spreadsheet detailing job statistics within a date range.

  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Custom Reports
  3. Double click Job Statistics Real Time Summary by Date Range
  4. Enter a desired date range or select a date from the Calendar icon to the right of the date fields.
  5. Check the checkbox if you would like to include all sub-accounts in this report
  6. Click Download Report

 

This report shows the following columns of data for each send in the selected date range:

  • email name
  • subject
  • total sent
  • delivery rate
  • unique open rate
  • unique click rate
  • total opens
  • total clicks
  • unique opens
  • unique clicks
  • from
  • send completed
  • date created
  • spam complaints
  • opt outs
  • permalink
  • lists sent
  • lists excluded
