Email Tracking by List

This report displays the statistics for an email campaign, broken down by subscriber lists. Discover the number of sent, opens, clicks, CTR, unsubscribes, bounces, and spam complaints by list.

  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Custom Reports
  3. Double click Email Tracking by List
  4. Click View Report
  5. Select the job/email campaign you would like to view the stats for
  6. Check the box next to the subscriber list(s) you would like to see. If you select All Subscribers it will show each list that contained subscribers who were sent the message.
  7. Click Run
  8. You'll see a grid with all of the email tracking data broken down by list. Click Export to export the information into CSV format
