Churn Report By Date

This report shows subscriber trends during a specified date range. It will display a graph of subscriber churn over time, including the number of subscribers added, subscribers lost, net new subscribes, and subscriber churn rate.

  1. Click Reports
  2. Click Custom Reports
  3. Double click Churn Report By Date
  4. Enter a desired date range or select a date from the Calendar icon to the right of the date fields.
  5. Select a Step Size: the unit of time with which to measure the churn report (day, week, month, or year)
  6. Click Run Report
