View Click Overlay Report

The View Click Overlay report shows where subscribers interacted with your message in a visual "heat map" display. This report gives you the opportunity to look at each of your sent messages with information showing where subscribers clicked. We do this by displaying the contents of any message with the information we have gathered about user activity displayed next to each individual link. This allows you to clearly see what content drives your users to click. Each highlighted link shows total clicks, total click ratio, unique clicks, and unique click ratio per link in a simple, easy to read pop up with just a click.

This tool enables you to refine your messages by letting you quickly differentiate your individual click performance link by link. You can see what subscribers interact with and then cater your content to inspire more subscribers to interact with your messages.

To view all tracking details for an email send, follow these steps:

1. Click the Reports Folder
2. Click Email Tracking
3. Highlight the email campaign you're seeking
4. Click the View Click Overlay button
