Why don't my unsubscribes show up on my lists?

Critical Impact does not show unsubscribed subscribers in your exports in order to keep the data in your exports current and relevant. Once a subscriber is "unsubscribed from all", these subscribers are not only removed from your exported data, but they are no longer charged to your account. But sometimes, you need to access the information for those that are unsubscribed as well as those that are subscribed.

In order to see a full list of subscribers that are contained within a list, you can use the Export Subscribers by List report, which will generate a .csv file of every subscriber (both currently subscribed and unsubscribed) as well as all of their custom field data.
