If the display name on your email campaign is not what you had anticipated, the most likely reason is that your internal Microsoft Exchange address book is overriding the name and email address that’s displayed. If you add a specific email address, like marketing@abccompany.com, to your global Microsoft Exchange address book, Microsoft Outlook will show the name in your Exchange address book, instead of the display name associated with the incoming email message.
To remedy the issue, simply create and use a unique reply-to address that doesn't exist in your Microsoft Exchange address book. Once you have created the new reply-to address, you'll need to follow these simple steps to create a new Sender Profile in Critical Impact.
Please note that this display issue would only be problematic when sending emails to internal abccompany.com email addresses, who share the same Microsoft Exchange address book/contact list. If you send this same email to email addresses outside abccompany.com, the "display name" would function normally.
