The Web Content tool allows you to build landing pages hosted on our domain. For example, you could use the Web Content tool to create a "More Information" landing page for links inserted into an email campaign. You could also build a Thank You page with the Web Content tool, then send people to this screen after they opt-in with the Sign Up form.
Create New Web Content
- Click Tools, then click Web Content
- Click the Add button in the toolbar
- Update the following options
- Status:
- Active = live and published
- Pause = not live, waiting to be published
- Deleted = no longer active
- File Extension: file format (HTML for normal web pages)
- Display Template: Select an email template to replace the content currently in the editor in the permalink (Email templates are created with the Template Editor tool)
Changing the "Display Template" will not update the content in the editor automatically. You must save your work and then the permalink will be updated. You will not see the change reflected in the editor at any point.
- Name: For internal reference
- URL for Paused Site: Enter a URL where you will be able to view the site when paused
- Permalink: URL automatically generated on save where the web content will be stored and displayed when Active
- Time Limit: Can limit the length of time that the web content is viewable by the public
- Status:
- Create the web content in the message editor or paste HTML code into the Source code
- Click Save
- Click Preview to view the page
- If you are signed into your account, you will be able to view the web content even if it is not active. It will only appear if you are signed into the account, not to the public.

- Click the Publish button in the toolbar

- On this grid, look at the column to the right called "Status"
- If it is Active, it's live and published. If it is Paused, it's not viewable to the public
