To view the most up-to-date list count, please follow these steps:
- Go to Subscribers & Lists -> Your lists folder
- Highlight the list by clicking it one time
- Click Utilities -> Update Count
This will update your list count so you can see the current number of active and unsubscribed subscribers on that list.
Note: If you're updating the list count for a dynamic list, it may take a couple minutes for the dynamic list to calculate who should be pulled into the list.
Note: The list grid updates the list count periodically, however, you'll want to use the Update Count button to see the current count for the list.
