Sometimes when the web browser is not displaying correctly, you may need to clear the cache. Follow the instructions for the Internet Browsers below
Microsoft Edge
- Click the "..." icon in the top right corner and choose Settings
- Select Privacy, search, and services panel from the left column
- Under the Clear broswing data heading, click the Choose what to clear button
- Make sure Cached images and files is checked
- Click Clear now
- Restart Edge
Google Chrome

Click the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Click More tools then Clear Browsing Data...
- Under the Basic Tab, check the box for Cached Images and Files
- Click Clear Data
- Restart Chrome
Firefox PC
- Click the Menu button on the top right corner and choose Settings
- Select the Privacy & Security panel
- In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data
- Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data
- With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button
Firefox MAC
- Open the History menu
- Click Clear Recent History
- Select the check box next to Cache
- Click OK
- Restart Firefox
Safari for Mac
- Open the Safari menu
- Click Preferences...
- Click the Privacy tab and select Manage Website Data...
- Click the Remove All button
- Restart Safari
Internet Explorer 9, 10, & 11
- Click the gear icon in the top right corner to open the Settings menu
- Select Safety and then Delete Browsing History
- Check Temporary Internet files
- Click Delete
- Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window
Older Browser Versions
Chrome 10

Click the Settings icon in the top right corner
- Click Tools then Clear Browsing Data
- Check the box for Empty the cache
- Click Clear browsing data
- Restart Chrome
Chrome 1-9
- Click the wrench icon in the top right corner
- Click Options
- Open the Under the Hood tab, click Clear browsing data
- Select the Empty the cache check-box
- Select Clear data from this period: Everything
- Click Clear browsing Data
Internet Explorer 8
- Open the Tools menu and select Delete Browsing History
- Check Temporary Internet files
- Click Delete
- Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window
Internet Explorer 7
- Open the Tools menu and select Delete Browsing History
- Click Delete files in the Temporary Internet files section
- Click Yes
- Restart Internet Explorer by exiting and opening a new window
