Your account password expires periodically as a proactive security measure. If your password has expired, you’ll need to update it before you can access your account.
If your password has expired, you’ll see this message the next time you try to log in:
Your password has expired. Please enter a new password.
How to update an expired password
To update an expired password:
- Try to sign in to your account with the expired password.
- When you see the message above, enter a new password in the New Password and Confirm Password fields.
- Click Save Password.
Once you reset your password, you will be logged into your account. Please save the new password in a secure location for future use.
