How to Add and Edit Users
Add New Users
- Open the Account Folder in the left hand menu
- Click Edit/Add Users
- Click the Add User button
- Enter the user's information
- Name
- Email: the email address to which communications for this account will be sent
- User name: any alphanumeric combination or email address
- Temporary password: include a combination of at least 6 alphanumeric characters
- SMS Number: optional phone number
- Time Zone: defaults to US/Eastern
- Assign specific user permissions
- Drag and drop the security groups from the Disabled column to the Enabled column to grant user access
- Click Save and Close
Edit an Existing User Profile
- Click Edit User
- Edit the user information
- Once the desired changes have been made, click Save
Delete a User
- From the Edit/Add Users screen, click the Username you want to delete
- Click the Delete User button
- When prompted, click Yes to confirm
Send a Welcome Message
- Open the Account Folder
- Click Edit/Add Users
- Select a User
- Click the Send Welcome Message button
- If your web browser is configured with an email program, it will create a new message with their email as the To Address
