- This must be EXACTLY as it is listed legal business name on your business registration tied to the Business Registration Number or the registration process will be delayed/denied
- Physical Address

- (Co-operative/Corporation/Limited Liability Corporation/Non-profit Corporation/Partnership)
- If the business is a government organization, the business type must be Non-profit Corporation
- If a Non-Profit, are you a 527 political organization?
- If registering a toll-free number for political election campaigns, a Campaign Verify token is required
